CLEARER-LOOKING SKIN STARTS HERE

LASER VEIN TREATMENT

A targeted laser treatment designed to address the appearance of visible spider veins and small superficial veins.

Simple. Convenient. Personalized.

SAY GOODBYE TO THE LOOK OF UNWANTED VEINS

Visible spider veins and small superficial veins can appear on the legs and other areas of the body. Laser vein treatment offers a non-surgical approach designed to reduce their appearance and help create clearer, more even-looking skin.

HOW DOES LASER VEIN TREATMENT WORK?

Laser energy is carefully directed toward the visible vein. The targeted energy is absorbed by the blood vessel, causing the vessel to close. Over time, the treated vessel is naturally processed by the body and gradually becomes less visible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are compression stockings required after leg vein treatment?

Compression stockings are commonly used after sclerotherapy, but they are not considered absolutely necessary following laser vein treatment.

How many laser vein treatments are needed?

Leg veins are typically treated about 10–12 weeks apart. Around 3 sessions may be needed, although this varies & cannot be guaranteed. Following post-treatment care instructions can also influence the number of sessions required.

Will I see immediate results?

No. Veins fade gradually following treatment. Visible improvement may take anywhere from a few weeks to approximately two months.

Who may not be suitable for laser vein treatment?

Treatment may not be appropriate during pregnancy, for certain darker skin types, for patients with diabetes or poor circulation when treating leg veins, or for those taking blood-thinning or photosensitizing medications. Tanning should also be avoided before and after treatment.

What should I do after treatment?

Cold gel packs may be used if needed for discomfort. Avoid sun exposure, strenuous exercise, prolonged standing, rubbing or scratching the treated area, and hot showers, saunas or Jacuzzis for 48–72 hours. Apply SPF 30+ when appropriate.

What are possible complications of vascular treatments?

Possible complications can include hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation, blisters, burns, infection, allergic reactions, scabbing, scarring and herpes simplex activation. Most effects are temporary, although in rare cases they may persist.

Treatment suitability, response and results vary by individual. Please consult your provider for personalized treatment and aftercare recommendations.
